About Our Client
This is a newly created role where you will manage a large network of self employed contractors across the UK. The organisation has recently secured investor funding to launch it's new product which is going live in October. You will be joining an organisation that's ambitious, fast paced, dynamic and collaborative. It's key that you have the ability to build effective relationships with your key stakeholders as the operation in Caerphilly is so close-knit. The senior management team are all invested in this new exciting growth phase and you will need to work with them to ensure successful delivery over the next 12 months.
Job Description
This is a newly created role where you will manage a large network of self employed contractors across the UK. The role holder will be responsible for ensuring that we deliver a consistently excellent service to our client base. The role will be accountable for composition of the company's products as well as the 'onsite' delivery of them. The role holder will work closely with all internal departments to map the end to end customer journey, ensuring our products are fit for purpose and match customer needs. The role holder will be ultimately responsible for executing onsite delivery of our products ensuring that all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing performance is first class - effectively ensuring a right first time, everytime, outcome for our clients. You will own the performance and profitability of the field staff including our self-employed 'Panel' to ensure we deliver consistently excellent customer service.Management duties:
Responsible for understanding and mapping the end to end customer journey
Responsible for ensuring that delivery of all products is executed on a 'right first time, everytime' basis
Responsible for reviewing, documenting, and managing all products (to include the proposition, pricing, and margin)
Responsible for complete end to end management of the self employed field team (to include setting fee levels, communication, performance reviews)
Responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of all field based colleagues (employed and self employed)
Responsible for delivery of first class training to all field based stakeholders
Responsible for monitoring and improving field based delivery of all products, over achieving all KPIs
Responsible for ensuring all field stakeholders adhere to policies and procedures at all timesACCOUNTABLE FOR
a. Management of field based operational staff
b. Product management (composition, pricing, margin)
c. Recruitment and onboarding of field based staff
d. Training of field based staff
e. Supply chain management
- 6 Regional Managers
- Indirect management of 50 field based staff
- Direct responsibility/management of 350 self employed field based staff
