Job Description
Please Note - This role can be based at any of our main offices on a hybrid basis (2-3 days/week in office):

To work as part of a team responsible for providing a high quality, proactive support and management service to a large multi-client community as part of a customer focused support team. Working to contracted SLAs and delivering best in class services to our customers.
With the role the team are responsible for the following:
Incident resolution ensuring that user service is restored as quickly as possible
Infrastructure capacity management, monitoring and reporting
Reducing the number of Incidents logged though proactive problem management
Implementation of change/project work on the supported infrastructure
Liaising closely with other team members and Service Desk to ensure that all Incidents are dealt with within contracted SLA timescales
Ensuring that all change/project work is delivered on time and to budget
Specialising in configuration and support of Cisco network infrastructure. Using technical skills to resolve faults with all elements of the supported Infrastructure and provide customers with high level technical consultancy
Proactive Problem management to drive down numbers of Incidents raised
Produce and present reports and statistics on system capacity and performance
Responsible for ensuring the timely restoration of service
Qualifications
Cisco (CCNA preferred but not essential.)
Routing and Switching
Expert knowledge of large network environments, LAN/WAN technologies and TCP/IP
Expert knowledge with Cisco, Juniper, VPN and 3com technologies
Firewalls ASA/PALO
WIRELESS
VPN
Strong interpersonal/team skills
An adaptable attitude with a desire to drive our customer forward in a fast changing IT environment
Self-motivation
Excellent communication and client facing/customer service skills
Full, current driving licence
