Network and Airport Development Analyst



The Network & Airport Development Analyst is a crucial role within the EU Network & Airport Development team of easyJet. The team is responsible for maximizing long-term profitability by deploying capacity in European markets within a 6-month to 2-year time horizon, while also managing a significant portion of easyJet's annual external spending of approximately £1.2 billion.
This role is offering an opportunity for you to develop your commercial judgement, analytical skills, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.



As a Network & Airport Development Analyst at easyJet, you will be accountable for overseeing airport costs across EU airports and deploying capacity for a small subset of the airline's EU bases. A huge opportunity to work closely and in collaboration with internal stakeholders, functions such as scheduling, finance, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and support the rest of the EU Network and Airport Development Managers with ad-hoc tasks, projects, and business cases.

You will be a self-starter with a clear focus on delivering results, be cost-conscious, and have a strong understanding of the business and external environment. You’ll be open to new ways of doing things and comfortable working in a dynamic and ambiguous environment. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills are essential for this role, communication is key! You will need to express ideas confidently, build positive relationships with colleagues, internally and externally.

Location & Hours of Work
This full-time role is a Hybrid work location requiring 2/3 working days in our Luton office per week, and will be 40 hours per week.
