Compass Associates are working with a valued Client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Manager to work in their small nursing home based in the Westminster area. This home provides care for nursing and dementia residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, as well as having strong clinical skills.
This role is an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead looking for a new challenge. The candidate is required to have previous experience in the nursing home setting, and a passion for elderly and dementia care.
Requirements
- Qualified RGN (active NMC pin) (essential)
- Previous nursing home experience (essential)
- Dementia and Palliative nursing experience
- Strong clinical skills
- Genuine passion for elderly care
- Leadership experience within a senior nurse capacity
This role is based in the Westminster area and is easily commutable from Notting Hill, Kensington, Fulham, Acton, Park Royal, Finchley, Cricklewood, Islington, Wembley, and surrounding areas.
