Job Title: Level 3 HR Administrator apprenticeship
Location : Peterborough PE1, Cambridgeshire
Salary: Starting at £19,000 per year

Would you like to work with a diverse group of people in a fast-paced environment? Do you have an eye for detail? Are you keen to build on your organisation and communication skills? If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions, our Level 3 Human Resource Administrator apprenticeship could be the ideal apprenticeship scheme for you!
We are looking for 2 talented apprentices to join our Human Resource (HR) team at our Peterborough facility. This 18-month advanced apprenticeship scheme will enable you to grow and develop your capabilities. Through combining college-based learning with on-the-job training you’ll learn the latest skills and knowledge from our HR experts. Pathways potentially available:
Level 3 HR Support
Level 3 Learning and Development Practitioner
As a HR apprentice you will deliver front line support to HR team members, managers, and employees across all areas of our business. Work is likely to include, but not be limited to, a range of administrative related tasks:
Handling day-to-day queries and providing HR advice
Working on a range of HR processes
Using HR systems to maintain employee records
Onboarding new starters
Various adhoc administrative duties
What we need from you: “Knowledge and competencies”
GCSEs: Five Level 4 (C) or above including Maths and English.
A-Levels: Not required.
NOTE: Equivalent academic qualifications to the above requirements welcome. You can apply with predicted grades. If you’re successful at the interview stage, the job offer will be conditional on you achieving the required grades before September 2023.

On successful completion of this apprenticeship you are very likely to be offered a position within our world-class team with plenty of opportunity for long-term progression. Many of our former trainees now occupy senior management roles within our organisation as career development is the foundation to all our apprenticeship schemes. Depending on the needs of the business, you may also be offered the chance to complete additional qualifications:
If you complete the Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship with us, progression could include the Level 5 HR Consultant Partner apprenticeship. This apprenticeship is a 19-month programme.
If you complete the Level 3 Learning and Development Practitioner apprenticeship with us, progression could include the Level 5 Learning and Development Consultant Business Partner apprenticeship. This apprenticeship is an 18-month programme.
