Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Fleet - with flexibility to work from home 2/3 days a week once probation is passed
Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on experience

About our client and the role of Business Analyst
Our client is a specialist Buy to Let Mortgage Lender who have an exciting opportunity available for a Business Analyst.
This role reports to the Senior Project Manager and the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the company’s Program of Change, involved in the analysis of a breadth of projects including systems implementations, regulatory changes and operational process change.
Responsibilities for the position of Business Analyst
- Organizing, specifying and modelling business requirements to ensure outputs are complete and unambiguous for stakeholders
- Capable of analysing business processes on a macro scale and devises strategies for efficiency opportunities
- Serves as a liaison between business and IT teams to deliver requirement elicitation for successful delivery outcomes
- Excellent adaptive and time management skills by wearing multiple hats across different workstreams of projects
- Display strong interpersonal skills by collaboratively with a plethora of different stakeholders includingvendors and adapt to their communication needs effectively
- Comfortable with being hands on and supporting the company’s initiatives with outside of the traditional Business Analyst role – this could be from leading initiatives to testing
- Able to influence stakeholders and summarize information in a succinct manner
- Ensures process improvement activity is focused on customer needs
Experience required for the position of Business Analyst
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services
- Experiencing using Finova, DPR, BEP, nCino, Sopra or mQube is preferable
- Extensive process mapping experience and experience working with 3rd Party systems providers
- Experience working within a Waterfall and Agile environment
- Experience working on Lending Business Process Re-Engineering
- Experience working on Lending Originations/Servicing platforms
- Business Analysis qualification(s) i.e. BCS/PRINCE2 is desirable
