We at Caremark Croydon are looking for Care & Support Worker to join our award-winning team to provide care to vulnerable adults within the community.
We are looking for passionate & caring individuals to join us on a part-time/full-time basis, working various shifts in the mornings, evenings and/or weekends. Driver preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, oral care, toileting, incontinence care, dressing, etc.
- Enabling mobility, including moving & handling transfers using hoists and specialist equipment.
- Preparing and serving meals
- Day to day household tasks e.g. changing beds, laundry, cleaning & shopping.
- Companionship
- Supporting with medication
- Completing electronic log system
- Respect for client confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Reporting issues and concerns to the management team
- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
