HR Assistant - Fixed Term Contract
About The Role
As an HR Assistant you will provide a high quality administrative and query resolution service within Tier 1 of our operating model. This role will involve being the first point of contact for the business for HR queries, coaching and empowering our colleagues to drive self-service and provide fast and seamless query resolution. You will also be responsible for ongoing HR administrative tasks, cyclical HR services activity and ad hoc project work as assigned by the HR Services Manager.
About You
Our ideal candidate will have broad knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and transactions, as well as an understanding of employment law and HR policies. You will have excellent attention to detail, highly organised and the ability to produce high quality output at pace and will have the ability to multitask.
You will also have an understanding of HR operational models with the ability to engage the right person at the right time. Experience using Workday is desirable but not essential.

Our HR team is are now looking for a HR Assistant to join us on an initial fixed term contract, where you will be responsible for supporting the business with all HR related queries.
