Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Our Information Technology/Digital teams are committed to transformation of customer and colleague experience through the use of the latest digital technologies.
- Over two years you will be given experience of a number of roles.
- Working as part of a SCRUM agile product team
- Working with one or more of our country businesses to deliver value and help shape our future strategy.
- You will gain insight into how solutions are transforming customer experience in business services. For example, you may be part of a mobile app team or helping configure robotics to automate manual business workflow.
- At the end of the rotations you may choose to specialise in Data Science, with AI or Cloud BI platforms, but wherever you spend your time you will never be bored and always be making a difference.
- You do not need to be technical but you will need to bring passion for continuous improvement, ability to communicate with both business and technical minds.
- You will be involved in ongoing graduate training and group projects.
If you want to be considered for this role you will need:
- Must have legal right to work within the UK without sponsorship
- Must have graduated within the last 4 years
- Be able to demonstrate an interest and passion for the function they are joining
- Be able to work at our Crawley site
- Be able to attend/complete the recruitment process
- If successful must be able to attend assessment centre
- Start with RI in early September
- Work experience highly beneficial
- Proficiency in other languages is a real plus but not essential
