We are looking for a highly motivated .NET Core C# Developer to support the delivery of dynamic, data-driven, smart billboard campaigns, ready to build on best practices within the Out of Home sector to deliver first-class digital customer journeys.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient software applications using .NET Core and C#.
  • Maintain database schemas, tables, and stored procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and develop software features that meet business needs
  • Develop and maintain code for data visualisation applications
  • Integrate with third-party data visualisation tools and libraries to create dynamic and engaging visualisations
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality software delivery
  • Develop and maintain documentation for software applications, including technical specifications and user manuals
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry, and recommend improvements to existing software applications

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in .NET Core C# development and related frameworks including .NET Framework as Entity Framework Core
  • Solid understanding of database design and MySQL / SQL relational databases
  • Experience integrating with web applications and APIs
  • Some experience in data visualisation
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira and Slack
  • Some exposure to AWS
  • Excellent knowledge of object oriented software development principles, patterns, and best practices.
  • GitHub / Version control
  • Proven experience with Agile software development methodologies and practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
  • Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for .NET Core applications
  • Windows command line / Linux bash commands knowledge and experience
  • Unit testing in C# with a preference for TDD (Test Driven Development)
  • Good grasp of multimedia
  • An understanding of DNS / SMTP / Web sockets / FTP / HTTPS / SSL / HTML / CSS / Javascript / Network topology
