Budget Energy, which is based in Derry city centre is one of Ireland’s fastest growing energy providers, supplying Electricity to over 75,000 homes and businesses, operating under the Flogas Ireland and DCC group.
As we continue to grow as a business, so does the need to expand our customer service team to ensure we are providing the best service possible.
We are now actively recruiting for Customer Service agents to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. This will be an office-based role, which will offer on the job training, development and excellent career progression.
Main areas of responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service to new and existing customers
- Dealing with a high level of incoming customer calls in a polite and professional manner
- Responding to and sending emails
- Processing Customer Payments
- Updating Customers accounts/ Details
- Customer Service queries
- Responding to customer emails/live chats
- Adhoc duties as required
Candidate Profile:
We are seeking applicants with a solid background in customer service, ideally in a call-hub environment, but not essential as long as you can demonstrate strong skills in communication, empathy, attention to detail and team work. As this role will be mainly computer/ phone based, you will also need to be skilled in IT.
