Compensation: £50K - £55K per annum
Schedule: 1 week on/off
A professional family based in St Johns Wood is seeking a dedicated ROTA nanny to provide care for their two little boys. The eldest child, aged 4 years, attends nursery and has special needs of a genetic nature, requiring additional attention. The youngest child, aged 6 months. This role primarily involves sole charge of the children and takes place in a smoke-free and pet-free household.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care for two young boys, with a focus on the eldest child's special needs
- Ensure the well-being, safety, and development of the children
- Prepare nutritious meals, adhering to a vegetarian diet for the eldest child
- Engage the children in active and educational activities
- Maintain a tidy and organised environment
- Communicate effectively with the parents regarding the children's progress and daily routines
- Possess experience in high-net-worth households, maintaining discretion and professionalism
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for the children's growth
- Follow Montessori principles and techniques (Montessori Qualification/Experience is a plus)
- Demonstrate excellent references, cleared DBS, and First Aid certification
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with children of similar ages
- English Fluent speaker
- Active, responsible, and outdoorsy
- Skilled cook, proficient in vegetarian cuisine due to the eldest child's dietary requirements
- Experience in ultra-high-net-worth households
- Tidy, good communicator, down-to-earth personality
- Montessori qualification or experience is highly desirable
- Immaculate references, cleared DBS check, and First Aid certification
Accommodation: The successful candidate will have a separate ensuite room while on duty.
