Full-time Nanny required for a warm and loving Westchester family with one toddler, starting ASAP. Specific duties to be negotiated with the family, but in general, you will be responsible for providing nurturing care, interacting with their son in a fun, stimulating, and age-appropriate way, food prep/cooking (for son) and light child related housekeeping. The family is looking for someone who is experienced with this age group and a collaborative partner in their son's development. The ideal candidate is a responsible, active and proactive individual who will be a respectful and trustworthy nanny. A driver's license and personal vehicle is required. Family vehicle to be used during work hours. Flexibility for additional hours as needed to accommodate parent's work schedules.

Location: Scarsdale, NY

Start date: ASAP

Days/times: Monday to Friday - guaranteed 50 hrs a week. Regular schedule expected 8am - 6pm. May request additional hours with prior notice.

Children: One son (born April 2021)

Conditions: $30-$35/hr * plus sick/personal days, public holidays, two weeks paid leave a year, travel related expenses (if applicable) and health care stipend*

For further consideration, applicants must possess the following:

• Authorization to work in the US
• A minimum of 2 years experience as a nanny, 3-5 years preferred (NY area ideal)
• A well-suited demeanor for working with children
• Exceptional childcare references that attest to strong communication skills, reliability, punctuality, maturity and high emotional intelligence
• Education or equivalent knowledge of ages and stages of child growth and development
• Ability to commit for a minimum of 1 year for all permanent positions
• Readiness to help with light housekeeping and all tasks related to childcare (meal
• prep, organizing, laundry, etc.)
• A clean background to pass our comprehensive background check and social media checks
• A professional appearance
• Drivers License with clean driving record

Additional qualifications we look for:

• Fluency in one or more foreign language/s
• A current passport
• Training and certifications such as First Aid, CPR & AED, early childhood education, defensive driving, water safety certification, NCS, etc.
• Other skills include driving, swimming, cooking, sports, the arts and more...
• A four-year college degree from an accredited university
