Job description
We are seeking a reliable, trustworthy, dedicated housekeeper/nanny to join our family on the Westside of El Paso, TX. starting in July, 2023. 40 hours per week. Pay is $450-$500 per week.

About us:
We have three children: a 12-year-old, a 9-year-old, and a soon-to-be 7-year-old. We love our kids to engage in structured daily schedules - including school, and activities around the house or outside locations. We generally enjoy maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing childcare, cooking family meals, and assisting with household tasks to help us maintain a well-functioning home. Oldest child attends middle school, and younger 2 are in elementary. Their schools are next to each other with a 5 minutes’ drive from home. They all attend extracurricular activities on certain days of the week. A considerable part of your time will be spent on cooking and housekeeping duties as kids will be out at school. This role does not require deep cleaning as we have a dedicated housekeeper for that task.
Morning Shift:
7am-12pm
Afternoon Shift:
3pm-6pm
Hours will differ during school holidays:
8am to 12 noon and 2pm to 6pm
The scope of work includes:
*Dishes
*Preparing kids' lunch boxes
*Supervising our almost 7-year-old in preparing for school.
*Dropping off the children at school
*Assisting in meal preparations process or the actual preparation
*Laundry/hanging/or folding laundry
*Watering a plant bed - We have a small backyard vegetable garden
*Tidying up the kitchen/dining/living room area and ensuring kids' rooms are in order (the children typically lay their beds and put their clothes away in laundry baskets in their rooms), and maintaining a clean house/yard as needed. Note that we have dedicated housekeeper for deep cleaning of the house, and yard company to take of the yard.
*Taking out the trash/recycling
*Picking up the children from school
*Transporting them to extracurricular activities
*House sitting - say we have someone coming in for repairs when we are not home
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
*Have a reliable form of transportation to our home and a good driving record; absolutely no texting while driving and practice defensive driving
*Proficient swimming skills - a plus
*Non-smoker, no drugs or alcohol abuse
*CPR and first aid trained
*References (not from family members, must have work experiences with references)
*Willingness to undergo a background check

3-4 hours on 2 Saturdays per month (negotiable with extra pay)
Total hours: 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
2 Saturdays per month - negotiable, but availability is a plus
