Job description
Our client is a very high profile Lloyd's/London market Specialty Insurance brokers and they are recruiting for 2 experienced Technicians to join their Wholesale Direct International Professional Risks and also Property and Casualty teams.
Supporting a team of Brokers with a variety of technical support, your main duties will include:
- Preparation of accurate key Open Market placement documentation (intracompany) (i.e., Renewal Invitations and Market Reform Contracts (MRC) and Endorsements)
- Ensure accurate completion of wording schedules and consistency of key terms and conditions including definitions throughout the placement documentation/MRCs.
- Ensure any wording endorsements 'fit' the wordings they attach to. Liaising with the Account Owner (Broker) or legal/wordings colleagues as need be.
- Help maintain an accurate and compliant record of the placement using internal systems and applicable e-filing systems.
- Utilising relevant market and internal systems to aid in the placement process, e.g., LWR, Lloyds Crystal.
Primarily dealing with Cyber, FI,PI, D&O and Crime Insurance and Property & Casualty, experience in any of these areas would be ideal, but they will also consider other classes of business provided you have experience in a London Market/International Technical support role in Wholesale Direct Insurance
Long term there are great career opportunities to progress to a Senior Technical support role or maybe an Account Handler/Executive or Broker role
This role will be primarily be home based but you will need to be able to easily commute to their London offices when required
They are offering a salary of upto £54000 plus an excellent range of benefits
