2. 网络、电话上及时回复客户咨询
3. 根据客户需求定制行程及制作报价单
工作经验：
1. 相关旅游行业经验
2. 熟练使用电脑office软件，如果有网上产品维护经验为佳
3. 普通话母语，会广东话为佳
