Job description
You will manage a broad range of HR and Talent responsibilities and play a crucial role in the running of the HR department. Such responsibilities include: assisting the Talent Acquisition team in London and Manchester with various recruitment processes, working with the HR team to fully own the freelance process for the Group and help support the team with any administrative requirements as and when needed.
What the opportunity looks like
Talent Acquisition
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with administration of the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth processes and a great candidate experience
- Arrange interviews and tasks associated with the interview process
- Conduct initial candidate phone screenings
- Complete candidate sourcing and headhunting
- Review candidate applications and shortlist for roles
- Maintain Teamtailor, the ATS system
HR Operations
- Responsible for the administration of the company freelance process, ensuring the contracting process is delivered in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist with the company new starter and onboarding process
- Liaise with payroll where appropriate on the freelance and new starter process
- Maintain the company HR System (Bob) ensuring information is accurate at all times
- Assist with contractual paperwork including new starter contracts and changes to terms and conditions
- Assist with the administration of the company KPI process, ensuring managers are adhering to deadlines and receive correct documentation
- Work with the wider HR team to deliver against employee experience objectives, ensuring LADbible Group remains a great place for people to work
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times

What do you need to have done before?
- Experience working in a customer facing role
- Experience in producing reporting and is confident in the use of Excel
- Experience of maintaining a database
- Confident with juggling different tasks and managing their own workload and deadlines
- First class communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing and fun environment
- Self-motivated and a love for working collaboratively
