Your skills
- Previous experience in the delivery of IT support services, specifically within break/fix
- Comfortable in a number of deskside technologies.
- Confidence in addressing break/fix issues – typically including Printers and MFP devices
- Due to the varied nature of the role, it may be subject to enhanced referencing or vetting
Your Tasks
Embarking on a large expansion of support capabilities for our major IT Manufacturering partners, you will join our team and have a variety of tickets to resolve throughout the day - this may be with several end-users or have the opportunity to stay longer to resolve specific issues.
The variety of your working week is what makes our Break/Fix Engineers such valuable members of the team.
Your role ranges from simple functions such as connectivity issues, through to preventative care and maintenance, ultimately, providing full Break / Fix resolution for any issues found onsite.
These roles will be managed by a dedicated dispatch team that will ensure that not only will both equipment and customers are ready for you, but that each engineer will forefill tickets that are within easy daily reach. We prefer our engineers to be doing what they enjoy most - fixing things - rather than spending hours in the car, travelling
