Job description
Realm is delighted to bring this exclusive opportunity to join an established national law firm looking to significantly expand its motor fraud team in Manchester, as the result of organic growth and several large client wins.
This role offers unrivalled flexibility in this market, as you’ll be able to work from home four days per week! The days you choose to spend in office will be comfortable and entertaining, as the firm has some of the nicest offices we’ve ever seen, with plenty of spaces for collaboration, socialising and taking some time out.
We could wax lyrical about this firm all day long. It is on a phenomenal trajectory, having grown by 20% in the last year alone, and has ambitious expansion plans that will see it open several new hubs UK-wide and enter the UK Top 50 in the next few years.
In addition, the firm has one of the most entrepreneurial yet down-to-earth management teams we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with – don’t be surprised if they take you for a pint, rather than a coffee!
The firm has a “people-first” approach and values, recognises and rewards individual and team performance in several ways, including its new employee share scheme – which will see you have a real say in the direction of the firm and be able to benefit financially (on top of an already very competitive salary and bonus scheme) from its success as it grows.
You’ll also benefit from a very generous annual leave allowance, which increases further based on length of service, private healthcare and digital GP service, enhanced parental leave, and perks at work scheme.
In the role, you will manage a caseload of predominantly litigated, non-DA complex motor fraud files. You’ll work directly under a partner and have the opportunity to work on fresh client wins, building out the relationship by delivering training and delivering down-to-earth advice.
The right candidate will have experience within a similar role and knowledge of personal injury claims, preferably (but not necessarily) with a defendant background and/or previous experience working within the counter-fraud insurance sector.
