Our focus is on using the most effective and authentic marketing to create lasting and impactful artist campaigns that are designed to deliver results that the artist can be proud of.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, well-connected freelance A&R Sales Executive to join our successful PR Company with an impressive catalog of international artists. You will be responsible for bringing in talent through the doors of Decent Music PR.

The successful A&R Sales Executive will seek to drive the overall growth of the whole team and advance the vision of our company.
KEY DUTIES:
- To gain a thorough understanding of all of our artist services
- To devise compelling customised proposals and strategies for prospective clients
- To listen to new music throughout the day - sourcing and researching 30 leads every day of new upcoming artists that are of good quality and are suitable for Decent Music PR to work with
- To reach out and build lasting relationships with labels, management agencies, artist managers, and artists
- Use various communication methods including email & social DM's, to reach out to prospective clients in a clear, creative and thoughtful way
- Book in calls daily with artists and have the confidence to pitch to them about our PR services
- To hit KPIs, monthly targets and deadlines
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Be self-sufficient at sourcing 30 leads each day to build your own pipeline + have self motivation to complete those leads
- Excellent communication skills, including solid command of the written English language
- Passionate about helping artists from all genres with our services
- As you would be working from home, time management is absolutely key (using your own initiative)
- Commitment and wanting to be part of this awesome company (if we do say so ourselves)
- Experience working in a Sales & KPI-driven environment
- Strong understanding of the musical landscape and current trends is a winner
- Ability to build instant rapport with people
- Basic Google sheets and Docs skills
- Wide musical range and taste – also an understanding of what the musical tastemakers will like
- Reliable and quick to respond during the work hours given
