Marketing Coordinator
Floormart is a retailer of flooring goods and accessories, primarily selling through our website floormart.co.uk. We are a small family business with nine members looking for a new member to join our team, managing our marketing efforts.
We have grown significantly over the Covid-19 period and have managed to continue that growth up to this point. We are looking for a Marketing manager to help us continue this growth.
The role will involve managing all of our current marketing efforts (examples include; social media, emails, blogs, working with sponsors, planning/attending tradeshows) as well as playing a lead role in developing new marketing strategies and implementing them.
We have a Laissez-faire work environment however the role will require analysing and reporting analytics in regular meetings to monitor the marketing efforts.
Hours: 40 hours a week. (7:30am – 4:30pm, Mon-Fri)
Key duties
Manage our current marketing efforts:
- Manage our social media channels, creating content, engaging with followers, working with influencers.
- Manage relations with Sponsors
- Create regular newsletters
- Write regular blogs on our website
- Plan and execute tradeshows and events
Copywriting (Temporarily). As a small company we do require this role to manage any website changes/additions that need making until we can justify this being a role of it's own. This will include the following.
- Adding new products to the website
- Removing any old/discontinued products
- Making any necessary changes to our product pages
- updating the website in any other ways to increase readability and improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- Sufficient with Microsoft office 365 packages
- Sufficient with Photoshop
- Experience in marketing
- Motivated and driven to learn
- Well organised
- Strong attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and proactive about bringing ideas
- Educated in marketing
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From £30,000.00 per year
