Music & CBD Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Administration, Merch Manager Remote
Job description
We’re looking for someone to step into this broad role of Music & CBD Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Administration and Merch Manager.
This role is made up of two projects, a Folk/Rock/Pop (Dessie Magee) music project and a CBD brand, Life Design CBD.
The main focus, to begin with, will be the music project. Successful candidate will be focusing on the following areas:
1. Digital marketing: setting up, testing and evaluating different campaigns within Meta Business Manager (Facebook & Instagram) optimising for a number of different objectives at any given time. Objectives mainly: audience growth, nurturing and engagement with the current audience, opt-in campaigns and sales offers. (Experience in digital marketing preferable)
2. Website and web store development and maintenance (Mainly Shopify) - Organisation of new products in alignment with previous or upcoming releases. Using provided learning resources for direction and evaluation)
3. Design and/or sourcing designs for merch and upcoming releases, looking after production and marketing of products. (Ability to design preferable)
4. Mailing list/newsletter management.
5. Social media management, strategy & evaluation.
6. Overall strategy & assisting with management.
7. Administration, as indicated above, this role includes many hats, it is expected that you are able and willing to grab the reigns in a wide range of areas when required.
8. Development and time commitment: we expect the number of weekly hours to increase over time based on positive results. Weekly hours reaching 20,30 & 40 per week within the next 2-3 years is a realistic goal and we expect candidates to aim for this as the role develops and expands into other areas.
9. We're looking for enthusiasm and drive towards consistently learning from designated learning resources.
10. We're looking for someone with a keen desire to work within the music industry, to develop themselves into a master marketer within the arts and e-commerce.
11. Keen interest in music is essential.
12. We're looking for someone who is confident or willing to develop their confidence. Being personable, comfortable and confident speaking person to person or on the phone is a plus.

Part-time hours: 7 per week
Salary: From £11.00 per hour
