What’s the Job?
An exciting role has been made available for a proven Key Account Manager to join our team, to manage and develop a number of our current key accounts across the UK and Ireland.
As Castore continues to develop our product range in line with some of the world’s leading athletes, you will be responsible for developing our growing business with our Key accounts across our Mainline and Teamwear categories.
As a key member of the UK Wholesale Team, you will assume a lead role in our relationship with internal functions such as our product and marketing teams, helping drive the customer needs that will help us deliver against our ambitious growth plan.
What will I do?
- Responsible for managing the business relationship with our Key UK and Ireland retail wholesale partners.
- Responsible for delivering multi category account plans, ensuring that Castore is positioned to deliver growth aligned to category strategy.
- Support our internal product teams by analysing and utilising data and insight to help inform and drive strategy and future opportunities.
- Provide internal functions with regular brand and retailer performance reports, bringing the voice of the customer into the business.
- Total ownership for building forward orders and ensuring stock is delivered on time and in full aligned to the category or product launch calendar.
What skills and qualities will I need?
Key Skills:
- Minimum 3 year’s experience working as an Account Manager or comparable role in a forward order process business, with a proven record of achievement.
- Experience of working in a B2B environment, managing a business process with Retailers, Brand Partners, Distributors and or Sales Agents.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, liaising with peer groups across the business to drive efficiencies and results.
Personal Qualities:
- A passion for Sports with an understanding of our key categories; Training, Football, Golf, Tennis.
- Working within strict deadlines and able to be adaptive to changes.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing business environment.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills.
- Flexible approach and willingness to further learn & adapt in a fast pace growing business
- Computer literacy (Microsoft suite) Excel, Word, Outlook
