WEA have an exciting opportunity for a Multiply Education Coordinator to join our Scotland-based team. The role will include the development and delivery of our Multiply provision across the Fife Local Authority area.

The Multiply Education Coordinator will have responsibility for local partnerships and to identify and grow educational opportunities in line with the WEAs strategic objectives.
The Multiply Coordinator will work closely with the learners and the Programme Lead.
The scale and breadth of our curriculum offer is what makes us special. It is our most powerful and important tool in meeting the needs of our learners and the communities, regardless of starting point or educational need - We bring learning to the learner, whether it be in workplaces, local trusted venues or their living room via online learning.
The Multiply Education Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and management of numeracy-based provision across the Fife Local Authority area.
You will engage, with employers to create and deliver programmes that improve numeracy skills within the workplace. You will also engage with the local community in Fife by organising adult learning opportunities in community settings and online that will lead to participation in courses.
You will lead education programmes and design and develop processes that ensure provision is aligned to funding outcomes and an evidence-based framework. You will look to maximise impact whilst promoting the WEA as an education provider of choice.
At the heart of our team, you will support and manage Tutors, identify learning opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to grow and develop our provision in the area.

As an Education Coordinator, you should have:
- A degree, or equivalent, with a teaching level 4 (level 5 specialism) and Assessor qualifications;
- Be exceptionally organised and methodical;
- Experience of supporting Tutors to achieve quality outcomes for learners;
- Experience using IT systems including Microsoft 365, ideally, experience of creating online provision as you will be required to use Canvas;
- A strong team work ethic. We like to collaborate and support each other;
- A passion for adult education, and making a difference!
