About the role
Our Private Equity team at Pearse Partners are working with a Multinational, Nasdaq listed Telecommunications company. Our role is to help identify high-performing individuals from Management Consultancy, M&A &/or Private Equity to become future leaders within the organisation.
The duties – Multinational Telecommunication
The firm manages a large portfolio of businesses across the globe. They have an investment arm that has a portfolio of over 50 companies & funds across technology, content & cutting-edge infrastructure. You will join a program that will see you working in various roles, growing within the company to enhance your knowledge & ultimately equip you with the skills needed to eventually become a C-Suite Exec or MD within the business or their Portfolio Companies.
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in Management Consulting (MBB/Big 3 consultancy) or a Top Accountancy firm. Investment Banking &/or PE experience will also be considered.
