Job Title - Healthcare Assistant
Job Type - Part Time of Full Time Positions Available
Full UK driver's license and access to own vehicle essential
Location – Swansea, Covering Post Codes - SA1, SA2, SA3, SA4, SA5, SA6 and SA7
Salary
- Non-SCW-registered = £10.50 per hour on weekdays
- SCW Registered = £10.65 per hour on weekdays
- NVQ L 3 = £10.75 per hour on weekdays
- A flat £13 per hour on weekends
We pay travel time, as well as a mileage rate of 30p per mile

The Healthcare Assistant Role
We are looking for a Healthcare Assistant to join our team to support our clients in their day-to-day lives, from personal care to social and recreational activities, acting as an expert on the health needs of our clients as well as a friendly face for them to talk to.
The Healthcare Assistant will work closely with our management, alongside other carers, and our clients at their own home.
Key Responsibilities of the Role
- Supporting people with personal care
- Making breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Healthcare Assistant
- Visiting their local community centres, shops, family, and friends
- Supporting with medication management
- Attending medical appointments
- Household tasks such as cleaning

- Our home care is community-based so you must live locally
- You must be a car owner with a full driving license
- Our Healthcare Assistant’s must be aged 18 and over
- You must have a smartphone that can download our app
