Job description

Due to recently securing a large social housing project, Ocean 9 is looking for Multi Skilled Operatives to work on void and occupied social housing properties in the Cambridge Area.

Experience in Joinery, Basic Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Minor Repairs, Making Good and Decorating are essential.

This role can be offered out on a price work bases with no cap on earnings so sky is truly the limit.

Immediate start is available, the position is either employed or self employed.

  • Must have own tools and vehicle - dependant on terms of employment.
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in working in social housing desirable.

Salary/pricing dependant on experience and whether employed or self employed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £28,000.00-£48,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
