Job Title: Mutli Trader

Area: St Albans

Salary: £33,000 - £34,000

Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative

My client, a leading Social Housing contractor are currently seeking to employ a Multi Trader to work on their Repairs and Maintenance contract

Duties will include:

• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Plastering
• Tiling

Requirements:

• Multi Trade experience
• Social housing/High volume works experience
• UK Driving license

As this is a permanent role it comes with:

• Company van and fuel card
• 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays
