We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to undertake the role of multi-trade operative within our Empty Homes team.
About the role
We have a number of vacancies within our Property Services teams. These roles have become available due to our continued growth in the North-East and as part of our on-going commitment to provide as many good quality homes as we can; to deliver excellent service to our customers; and to shape strong, sustainable places for our communities.
About you
We are looking for a Multi Trade Operative – Joiner/Plumber to join the team to assist Karbon Homes in delivering empty homes works.
You should have completed a recognised trade apprenticeship or have equivalent relevant experience. You should be fully capable in successfully undertaking and completing all aspects of the multi-trade role. This requires the individual to be fully competent in two or more trades, to deliver all aspects of this work to a high standard in occupied and void, domestic and non-domestic, premises ranging from minor repairs to the installation of major components.
Good knowledge of health and safety and a full UK driving licence is essential.

- Salary is £29,908 per annum (pending pay award)
- Location: Throughout the North East
- 37 Hours per week
- The successful applicant will be required to participate when required in delivering our out of hours service (additional payments will apply)
