Job Role: Multi-Site Support Worker

Service: Throughout all our residential and supported living and community services

Hours per week: 12 - 39 hours per week

Salary: PS11.80 per hour (+ PS1 per hour Night Enhancement and PS45 per night for sleep-ins)

Location: Across Warrington


About this Multi-Site Support Worker role

Join us as a Multi-Site Support Worker at We Change Lives, where each day brings new experiences and the chance to be an integral part of our diverse services across Warrington. This opportunity gives you the flexibility and variety of agency work, but the the job stability of being employed. Your shifts will be communicated to you a month in advance and will be built around your specific requirements and availability.

Your work will cover a range of WCL services, from our residential services - which include three residential homes and two smaller supported living homes - to our community services. Though you'll have lots of variety in your role, you'll only be at one location per shift, so no travelling around throughout the day.


Our services

You'll support a wide range of individuals with a variety of support needs; including older people, those with dementia, people with learning disabilities, and individuals with mental health issues.

Our two residential homes for elderly people and people with dementia provide a warm and cozy atmosphere. Each home offers a distinct living experience, but both share a commitment to high-quality care tailored to individual preferences.

Westleigh House is our residential home for individuals with long-term mental health needs, offering a transitional stage towards independent living. Residents enjoy personal bedrooms, communal facilities, and spacious gardens.

Our Supported Living and Community Services are designed for individuals with learning and physical disabilities. The specially adapted homes foster a close-knit environment, providing peronsalised support and a homely atmosphere that promotes independence.

  • Guaranteed contracted hours with full-time and part-time options
  • Flexibility to choose between day shifts, night shifts, sleep-ins or mixed hours
  • Enjoy every other weekend off
  • Receive your Rota one month in advance
  • Holiday pay is included, ensuring you have time to relax and recharge
  • You will only work at one site per shift
  • This role is based in Warrington only, but there will be the option to take overtime in our services outside of Warrington should you wish to pick up shifts there too
  • Access to state-of-the-art care planning software which is updated daily and informs you of the needs and preferences of the person you're supporting, so you can be confident in your support across all services

What We're Looking For


For this position, 1+ years' experience working in care is essential.
An in-date care certificate or equivalent qualification is desired, but not essential. You'll also need to be able to effectively commute to all of our services within Warrington.
