THE ROLE
We are looking for an ambitious and talented fully integrated Graphic Designer to join our multi-disciplinary design team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
DESIGN
- Producing high quality designs and artwork in both the digital and print space
- Understanding brand guidelines to ensure cohesive and consistent designs.
- Working across a variety of channels
- Working across a variety of brands and projects
- Working closely with Art Directors and the Design Manager
- Being up to date with the latest trends in design and sharing them with others
IDEATION
- Support the ECD and CD by bringing creative rigour to every project, and set high creative standards for the agency.
- Generate and oversee disruptive creative work
- Support the ECD and CD by providing creative work that clearly communicates conceptual thinking and is strategically and scientifically aligned with client needs.
- Establish and maintain high internal quality by following best practices, managing your time effectively, adhering to creative briefs, creating and following brand guidelines and ensuring consistency of branding
Partner with account management to effectively respond to client requests or inquiries in a timely manner.- Act as a client liaison by presenting various stages of work product to the client

You’re a born problem solver, bringing together a synthesis of skills, design strategies, processes and methodologies from multiple disciplines to solve complex client problems and tell a brands story.
You use your skills and experience as a designer to solve problems where graphic design may not be the solution.
YOU WANT TO KNOW THE ‘WHY’
When you’re not busy impressing clients by presenting expectation-exceeding creative work, you’re endearing them to the agency with a deep understanding of their priorities.
