Contract: Full Time, Permanent - 37.5 hours per week

We have fantastic opportunities available for you to join our growing team in Huddersfield as a Motor Insurance Claims Handler!


Our Claims team provide an end-to-end accident management service for our clients. They ensure that all customers reporting an incident receive the very highest standard of customer service while accurately assessing incident liability for repair management. Your role requires a strong focus on operational targets as you liaise with Brokers, Insurers, and Customers.


As a Motor Insurance Claims Handler, you will be interacting with a wide variety of people every day, so you will need to be able to adapt your approach, listen and understand our customer needs. Your objective will be to focus on reducing claim costs by closely managing the claim lifecycle, whilst delivering a friendly customer service experience to our clients.


What’s in it for you?

Salary- From £19,554 to £21,157, for those with limited/no motor insurance claims experience, or £21,997 - £25,732 for those with 3+ years' experience.

Working hours:

Our full-time roles are 37.5 hours per week across shifts between 08:00-20:00, Monday to Friday with a Saturday (09:00-17:00) no more than once per month.


About You:

Experience or knowledge in handling claims or Motor Insurance would be ideal but it’s not essential. What is most important to us is that you have:

  • A positive telephone manner.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Confidence with office IT and computer systems.
  • A strong work ethic.
  • Good team-working skills.
  • A passion for customer service.
