Nathaniel’s are the main dealer for MG, Fiat, Abarth, Jeep and Alfa Romeo in Bridgend and Cardiff and stock over 200 used cars, of all makes and models. However, not only do we sell cars, but we also have a servicing department, a parts department, a tyrebay and a team of smart repair specialists.
We are looking for a service booking administrator, ideally with a background in customer care. Training will be provided.
We are looking for a candidate who is customer focused with an excellent manner to provide a first-class service. You will need to be confident, reliable, computer literate and be able to work as part of a team.
Key duties will involve taking customer’s bookings over the phone, face to face and via email, professionally receiving incoming calls, welcoming all visitors to our showroom, and helping them with their needs.
Contacting new and existing customers for service, repairs and MOT’s via telephone, mail and visiting prospective customers.
You will need to be confident, reliable, and computer literate and be able to work as part of a team.

Hours of work- Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm and every other Saturday 8am – 12.30pm
