Job Description
Our Customer Experience Team builds and retains long-term relationships with customers and provides a seamless journey that is defined and led by the customer. Through this excellent customer experience customers will keep returning whilst spreading the good news about their experience. The Customer Consultant ensures that we meet our customers’ needs and wishes from the purchase of a new or used vehicle or through the life of the vehicle’s requirements, total customer ownership.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure that we provide the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times, giving the customer the best possible experience.
- Provide accurate information at all times for all customer products and services, ensuring that the customer is fully aware of the likely costs and timescales involved and setting expectations accordingly
- Understand the importance of all aspects of the relationship with the customer from their original enquiry, product guidance, test drive, sale of a new car, used car, handover to the lifetime care of the vehicle and the service requirements.
- Ensure that a continual dialogue is maintained with the customer that’s appropriate to them and in the manner / mechanism that suits them, ensuring a personal service at all times.
- Welcome and greet all customers (sales and aftersales) to the dealership and ensure their experience is second to none.
- Help the dealership to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control. Utilise feedback.
- Ensure relevant compliance is in accordance with company and industry policies and guidelines.
The Ideal Candidate
To be a success in this role as a Customer Support Administrator, you will;
- Naturally interact with customers and colleagues professionally, adhering to standards and creating a friendly environment.
- Ensure all administration and communications are completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Be IT literate with the ability to move between multiple and bespoke systems competently
- Apply a flexible approach with the ability to move seamlessly between the requirements of different departments
- Be comfortable in giving and taking constructive operational feedback
- Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and policies adhered to
- Ability to prioritise conflicting demands effectively and efficiently
