Role: Motion Graphics Editor
Location: Newbury & or Portsmouth, United Kingdom (5 Days onsite)
ROLE MISSION
You will be based at our client site working in partnership with them as the Motion Graphics Editor; creating a wide range of creative multimedia projects aimed at informing and educating the UK's international audiences. The role will involve working shoulder to shoulder in true partnership with the in-house team to counteract misinformation and propaganda that are being spread around the world digitally. The role will be really varied, and your creative input and recommendations will be highly valued by the team.
WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL
You will be charged with creating bespoke graphics, illustrations and animations and bringing them to life. You will have the ability to comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines, producing work of a suitable style. We need someone that can solve challenges through Visual Design.
What will make you great in this role:
- A passion for design and conception
- Excellent motion design skill set
- Proficient in the use of After Effects and associated motion software
- Excellent Adobe CS skills with great knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator with the ability to produce bespoke digitally drawn assets from scratch.
- You'll have a deep affinity with layout, typography and idea-generation
- Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion
- Consistent record of taking on, interpreting and delivering design projects within agreed deadlines
- Attention to detail with the ability to work under own initiative
- Excellent experience working closely with clients during kick-off
- Confident in bringing your own innovative ideas and creativity to projects
- Strong client liaison, with a proven track record of developing strong client relationships
