We are looking for a Mortgage Administrator to join our team and help with the day-to-day operations of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including data entry, customer service, scheduling, and other administrative duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Organise meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Liaising with clients and providing an exceptional level of customer service

Salary: £20,892.00-£21,868.00 per year
