Our mission is to make ageing a more enjoyable and rewarding experience for all involved. Our care professionals have a huge role to play in making it happen.
Care is amazing. Great quality care can transform a moment, a day, even a relationship. That’s why we believe care should be about making people feel understood, valued and supported. About enabling people to live their best life for as long as possible.
Could you be the care professional in Newcastle upon Tyne we’re looking for?
This role would ideally suit someone who is an early bird and enjoys doing early shifts and having the rest of the day to themselves
Our amazing care professionals are roll-your-sleeves-up, supportive, positive, honest, warm and committed kind of people. The kind of people who love to help others get the most out of life.
You’ll be caring for older people in their own homes, supporting them in all sorts of ways. From taking them out and about, to doing the weekly shop, from medication support to personal and dementia care, it’s all similar to what you’d expect to provide for your own family and loved ones.
You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care team in Newcastle upon Tyne as a care assistant. You’ll get all the training you need. You will need a UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle.
We’d also love to hear from you if you’ve got previous care experience in roles such as caregiver, care home assistant, care worker, support worker, healthcare assistant, home care assistant, carer and care home worker.
We’re proud to Care for our Carers
We offer all the things you’d expect. Like flexible working hours, paid mileage and travel time.
