We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an MBA internship in 2024. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.
The goal of the Monetization Strategy and Operations team is to act as business partners and drive business growth through internal & external analysis, resource allocation & cross-functional/regional alignment. We're a global team with regional hubs in Singapore, China, UK, and US.
As part of this internship, you will:
- Conduct external market assessments to support business decisions (e.g., market expansion decisions)
- Understand the trends for different industries and types of companies to better tailor our services models (e.g., ecommerce, start-ups, automotives)
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to identify required improvements in business operations
- Discover how the strategy team of a fast-growth advertising company works
- Currently enrolled in the first year of a full-time MBA program
- Available from June 2024, for at least 12 weeks
- Ideally have previous experience in corporate strategy at internet companies, management consulting or investment banking
- Knowledge of digital advertising industry is desirable, but not essential
- Demonstrable analytical and modelling skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with experience interacting and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders
- Fast learner, highly entrepreneurial with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
- Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
