- 1 opening in our 3rd Shift 10:45PM – 7:15AM

The Molding Process Technician is in charge of the startup/cycle out and continuous run of injection molding processes running according to prequalified parameters.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure production continuity of molding processes.
2. Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves issues with processes, equipment, materials or ancillary equipment.
3. Monitors quality of molded parts through process parameters.
4. Identifies and categorizes correctly, machine, mold, material and processing issues.
5. Prepares and anticipate upcoming mold changes to minimize change over times and meet production schedules.
6. Documents all required production data to ensure production traceability.
7. Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety guidelines.
8. Follow schedule for work shifts, meetings, time off, overtime, and break.
9. Performs related activities to the position to support production.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must be 18 years of age
2. Education: High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
3. Scientific Molding Experience
4. Mechanical skills
5. Basic knowledge of mechanics, electricity, pneumatic, hydraulics
6. 2 to 4 years in injection molding environment
7. Self-driven, organized and work detailed
8. Intermediate computer skills (Email, Microsoft Office)

We offer market competitive compensation. Potential salary range for this role is $25-$30 per hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
