Welcome to The RBCC! We're building community through love and service. Supporting the LGBTQ community and providing a safe space. We also educate about our community.
The RBCC is a non-profit devoted to serving the needs of the Central Vermont LGBTQIA2S+ community. Located in Barre, VT, we center on creating a safe, accessible space to support community resiliency through advocacy, education, support, and play. We strive to be a true community center where joy, healing, and love flourish.
We are seeking passionate and caring individuals to join our content moderation team.
The content moderation team is a branch of the Digi-team. The sole purpose of the content moderation team is to keep an eye on all comments and messages we receive across all our platforms . You will screenshot, ban and delete hate spreaders. You may occasionally reply to these comments and message in a professional manner. There are guidelines that you will learn so you know what to do in different scenarios.
The beauty of it is, you make the schedule yourself. you are giving us as much of your time as you feel comfortable with, In return we give you freedom, and rewarding volunteer opportunity.
