Key Qualifications
APPLE REPAIR TECHNICIAN
ENTRY LEVEL ROLE - TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE START.
No experience necessary. If you have previous Computer and or Mobile Repair experience it is desirable but not necessary.
- Ability to qualify as an Apple Certified Mac and iOS Technician.
- Strong people skills and a knack for problem solving.
- Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
- Excellent administrative and quality control skills.
- Ability to adhere to a schedule of customer appointments.
- Flexible with your schedule as work hours will be based on business needs around store opening times.
