Performance Improvement Manager - £55,000 - £65,000 + Up to a 20% Bonus & Car Allowances of up to £8,000

Position Overview: As a Performance Improvement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational and financial performance improvements for our client's valued customers. You will develop and execute strategies to optimise processes, enhance service delivery, and maximize efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead performance improvement initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery, reporting, and governance.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement framework to monitor and evaluate performance improvement projects and plans.
- Effectively project plan and manage multiple significant projects concurrently, involving various stakeholders and adhering to budget and timeline requirements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, standardize operations, and strengthen controls to drive accountability and efficiency.
- Provide regular and timely reporting to key stakeholders, demonstrating progress and alignment with objectives.
- Establish a framework for routine reporting on performance factors influencing service delivery, focusing on people, processes, and outcomes.
- Coach and transfer knowledge to teams across functions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement performance improvement activities using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and innovative thinking.
- Engage stakeholders throughout the change process, ensuring their support and involvement in driving successful outcomes.
- Lead and facilitate change across the account, equipping colleagues with the necessary tools and competencies to implement and embed new processes.
- Support and coach colleagues in implementing improvement plans and corrective actions based on identified opportunities.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of business change methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, with accreditation of Green Belt (or equivalent) highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in change management, project management, and performance improvement, preferably within the facilities management industry.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to analyse and communicate complex information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong influencing and communication abilities, comfortable engaging and gaining buy-in from senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and evolving business environment, displaying resilience and adaptability in times of high pressure.
- Empathetic and trustworthy, with the ability to handle sensitive information during periods of change and business improvement.
- Exceptional planning, organizing, and prioritization skills, maintaining a strong results-oriented focus.
- Proficient in extracting, collating, and presenting performance data, with strong PC literacy.
- Previous experience with Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems would be advantageous.
