Treasures Repair sells mobile phones and repairs all kinds of mobile devices, and we have a significant client base in Surrey across our 3 locations. We aim to help people gain financially from their old mobile phone, while at the same time, helping others to purchase a phone at a very reasonable cost. To assist with our business growth, we are looking for a Level 2 Mobile Phone Technician, for our locations in the Weybridge, Walton-On-Thames and Royal Wootton Bassett in Swindon high streets

The Opportunity
As a Level 2 Mobile Phone Technician, you will be part of a business that follows a very much family feel ethos where you all work hard / play hard with lots of team bonding, and progression.
You'll have experience in carrying out full repairs of Mobile Phones, Diagnostics, replacing parts, and repairing faults including screen replacement, or any electronic repair -including component level. Full disassemble and reassemble of the handset managing the process from start to finish.
Your main duties whilst working in store, will be to deal with any and all inquiries, through walk-in, email, phone, and online appointments. Manage stock levels using our systems as well as keep the store looking presentable. You will also be required to handle cash and process payments through multiple systems. You will be working within a small team and have to communicate in a professional manner with one another to ensure an efficient workflow and meet our customer's expectations. You will report any and all issues to the Line Manager who will help to guide you through any difficulties. Your main role will be to repair devices brought in and to manage stock levels of parts, but also help and support sales. You will need to achieve all daily and weekly targets assigned.
Responsibilities
- Conducting Level 1/2 repairs on our customer’s devices. This will include things like replacing batteries, screens, internal flex replacements, and replacing cameras.
- As well as repairs you will be expected to strip BER devices down into individual components and grade them ready for reuse.
- Meet KPIs whilst maintaining quality
- Accurately record all work completed within the internal system
- Take ownership of all devices allocated to you
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and store area at all times
