Services for Independent Living are currently looking for a Minute Taker to join our organisation.
The primary responsibility for this role, is to attend at our Board and Committee meetings held at our Leominster Head Office, to capture and produce high quality minutes of the meetings.
Currently Board meetings are held bi-monthly and finance committee meetings held monthly. This is a new role to the organisation and estimate the monthly hours being between 4 – 8 hours per month, reporting to the Chief Executive.
Services for Independent Living provides care and support services that enable disabled and older people to make their own choices over how they want to live their lives. We support people to live in their own homes and within their community.
Over the years the organisation has built and developed to become a pivotal health care provider for our community and service users we support.
Last year, we were awarded the Best Place to Work at The Hereford Times Social Care Awards.
The successful applicant will have:
· Experience of report writing
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work flexibly
· Excellent English writing skills – spelling, grammar and punctuation
· Strong Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel skills
· Excellent time management and organisational skills
