Criticaleye is seeking to expand its content team by recruiting an enthusiastic and organised Senior Editor. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact as the Senior Editor will play a vital role in creating a Programme specifically for Chairs and non-executive directors in private equity-backed, publicly listed and family-owned businesses.
Working closely with a team that is focussed on delivering value to our Chair & NED Members.
The successful candidate will identify key topics around Board effectiveness, corporate governance, risk management and corporate finance. They will create a forward Programme of virtual and physical events and be comfortable in chairing webinars, roundtables, and panel discussions.
Reporting to the Director of Content, the Senior Editor – Chair & NED will possess an excellent eye for detail and a vibrant writing style. They will be collaborative, commercially minded and highly organised, demonstrating good communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Criticaleye is a fast-growing global membership organisation for Board-level executives, providing a safe space for members to broaden their knowledge and skill set by engaging with peers and benchmarking ideas outside their own personal and professional networks.
The Candidate will possess:
- A broad knowledge of private equity and capital markets
- The ability to create a forward Programme of events
- Proven ability to chair events (physical and virtual)
- Commercial awareness
- Strong multitasking skills
- The desire to make a real contribution to a fast-growing company
