eCommerce Online Sales Lead

Job description

The Online Sales Lead plays a vital role in generating income for Scope to support disabled people and their families. The role will involve the day-to-day running of Scope’s online sales channels and listing team, whilst also supporting in the growth of the ecommerce operation.

Salary: Starting salary of £28,554 per year with progression as we train you

Location: Scope’s Ecommerce Hub - Westlink Business Park, Salford, M50 1BX

Permanent - 35 hours per week.

The hub operates from 8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday. Shifts are between 4-7 hours daily.

Some evening, weekend and Bank Holiday working will be required in line with Ecommerce Hub operating hours.

The role

Leading and motivating a team of Online Sales Listers, responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the listing team including objective setting, holiday and absence management, recruitment and onboarding, training of the listing team and assisting the Online Sales Manager in developing the operation.

About you

You will have:

    Experience of managing a team to deliver results, and the ability to give constructive feedback.
    Excellent communication skills are a must.
    Experience working with ecommerce software.
    The ability to analyse data using programs such as Google Analytics.
