The Post:
This opportunity is currently available, with the successful candidate becoming a vital key player within NHS National Services Scotland, providing a range of specialised support services.
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic estates and projects team who ensure National Service Scotland buildings are safe and fit for purpose to allow NSS key services to be delivered. Therefore, we are looking for an Helpdesk Officer to work within our Service Centre who is reliable and dependable, able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative.
The role requires someone who has experience working collaboratively with stakeholders both verbally and digitally, within an operational helpdesk environment and a key understanding of CAFM systems and the triage process and prioritisation of estates and facilities reactive requests along with good communication, data analysis, data management and IT skills.
The Candidate:
The person will require to be educated to HNC level or 3 years equivalent experience, please see the job description and person specification.
Location and Working Pattern:
- Gyle Square, Edinburgh or Delta House, Glasgow
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 Hours per week
It is a condition of this employment that you must live and remain a resident within the UK for the post in which you will be employed with NSS.
