Job description
Estelle Manor is a rural retreat nestled in Oxfordshire. A Grade II-listed landmark house set on a 60-acre estate, surrounded by over 3,000 acres of beautiful parkland.
As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. A hotel and country club with one-of a-kind spaces and old school values of personalised service and discretion.
The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.
As a Team Driver at Estelle Manor, you will help to ensure all our colleagues feel motivated, excited and secure within their hosted home. You will be responsible for providing a collection and drop off service for our colleagues arriving and departing for work by car, bike, foot or the Stagecoach bus service to and from the main gate. You must hold a clean, EU and D1 status driver's license for a minimum of 2 years and be aged over 25 years old. You will be the first and final experience for our colleague's day, therefore you should enjoy being the focal point of team interaction along with delivering a friendly and punctual service.
There are a variety of shifts per day as the service will run from 5am to 1am. Full time and Part time applications will be considered.
Who we are looking for
- Hold a clean, EU driver’s licence for a minimum of 2 years and D1 licence status and be aged over 25 years old.
- Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
- An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting.
