Working at Shakeaholic is just like the menu, there's something for everyone!
As a member of staff you'll please thousands of people with the best milkshakes in the North East. You'll create that all-important first impression for customers, setting the standard of service that keeps people returning again and again. Your role will involve serving customers with a huge variety of milkshakes, keeping your work area clean and tidy, promotional activities and distributing leaflets as and when required.
Ideal candidates should have
· Previous experience within retail or similar environment.
· The ability to make our customer's experience a truly exceptional one so they return time and time again.
· The ability to work on your own initiative, as part of a team and to cope with changing priorities.
· A calm and resilient work ethic with the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Tasks
1. General Duties
· Taking orders, serving customers and using the till.
· Making milkshakes
· Maintain a clean work area.
· Deep cleaning shop after closing.
2. Customer Service
· Provide exceptional customer service
· Ensure that all customer orders are processed as quickly as possible and to the highest standards
· Ensure that any customer complaints are dealt with in accordance with company policy
3. Sales
· Ensure that visual merchandising standards are achieved and that all products are displayed in accordance with company policy
4. Promotion
Promotional activities such as leaflet distribut
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12-20 per week
Salary: £5.90-£10.50 per hour

- Food preparation: 1 year (preferred)
