Most training is delivered face to face to residential students at Worthy Down in a modern classroom environment. Some training is delivered remotely, via applications such as MS Teams.

You will be supported by existing experienced staff, both military and civilian to develop as a trainer and to build the depth and breadth of your subject knowledge to increase the range and variety of courses you can teach. When not teaching, the team has a large open office area where collaborative working, and mutual support can take place in a happy, fun, and friendly environment.

Visits to military units can be arranged to enhance your understanding of the roles being trained, as required.

All staff are provided a laptop to enable delivery of training and preparation of course material.
